沼液在有机基质栽培辣椒上的应用研究

利用沼液代替无机营养液对青椒进行基质栽培.结果表明:沼液栽培不仅使青椒植株健壮,长势旺盛,而且提高了产量,改善了品质.沼液对青椒的产量具有明显的影响,其中以处理T2(50%)产量最高,为78 456 kg/hm2.沼液还能提高青椒商品果合格率,沼液处理和对照相比,均具有极显著差异,处理T2最高,达94.1%,而对照仅为64.3%.沼液降低了青椒果实硝酸盐含量,并且达到极显著水平.T1处理青椒果实硝酸盐含量最低,平均为16.260 9 mg/kg,而对照为57.884 1 mg/kg.施用沼液不能提高青椒果实Vc含量,但施用沼液可降低果实的酸度,糖酸比以T2最高,因此沼液能使青椒果实的口味有所提高.沼液对青椒果实可溶性糖含量的影响差异不显著.

Study on Anaerobic Processed Liquid Livestock Manure in Organic Media Culture Peppers

This experiment in the application of anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures instead of inorganic nutrition to cultivate green peppers was conducted.The results indicated that anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures can not only make vigorous plants growth,but increase the yield and improve the quality.Anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures had obvious influence on the output of the green peppers,in which the output of T2 was highest.The yield per hm2 was 78 456 kg.The commodity fruit passing rate of green pepper was increased strikingly with anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures,especially for T2,reaching 94.1% compared with the contrast(64.3%).The fruit's nitric acid salt content processed by T1 was lowest,averaging at 16.260 9 mg/kg compared with the contrast.The application of biogas slurry can reduce fruit acidity but it can not improve its Vc content.The highest ration of sugar to acid appeared in T2.Anaerobic processed liquid livestock manures can improve taste of green peppers and it had little effect on the content of soluble sugar in the fruit.
