摘    要:目的]研究食用菌菌糠中纤维素酶和木聚糖酶pH和温度条件,为其应用提供参考。方法]以猴头菌糠、平菇菌糠和滑子蘑菌糠为原料制备粗酶液,在不同pH和温度条件下测定纤维素酶和木聚糖酶活力。结果]猴头菌糠、平菇菌糠木聚糖酶最适pH为4.8,最适温度为60℃;滑子蘑菌糠木聚糖酶最适pH为4.4,最适温度为70℃。猴头菌糠、平菇菌糠和滑子蘑菌糠滤纸酶活最适pH分别为4.4、6.0、5.6,最适温度分别为50、60、60℃。结论]在pH值6.0左右和温度60℃左右,平菇菌糠纤维素酶和木聚糖酶、滑子蘑菌糠纤维素酶、猴头菌糠木聚糖酶具有较高的酶活。

Research on Partial Enzymological Property of Crude Cellulase and Xylanase from Three Kinds of Edible Fungus Residues

Abstract:Objective]The reference for the utilization of the xylanase and cellulase from edible fungi residue through the research on the condition of pH and temperature of these enzymes.Method]The activity of the xylanase and cellulase under the different pH values and temperatures was tested after the crude enzyme liquid from Hericium erinaceus,Pleurotus ostreatus and Photionta nameko residue as raw materia was prepared,respectively.Results]The results indicated that the optimum pH value of xylanase from Hericium erinaceus and Pleurotus ostreatus residue was 4.8,and the optimum temperature,60 ℃.The optimum pH value of xylanase from Photionta nameko residue was 4.4 and the optimum temperature,70 ℃.The optimum pH value of FPA(Filter Paper Activity) from Hericium erinaceus,Pleurotus ostreatus and Photionta nameko residue was 4.4,6.0 and 5.6 and the optimum temperature,50 ℃ ,60 ℃ and 60 ℃ ,respectively.Conclusion]Under the condition of the pH value of 6.0 and the temperature of 60 ℃,the activities of the cellulase and xylanase from Pleurotus ostreatus,the cellulase from Photionta nameko and the xylanase from Hericium erinaceus residue were higher.
