摘    要:目的]探讨枯草芽孢杆菌B29对黄瓜根际土壤微生物的影响。方法]用枯草芽孢杆菌B29菌剂和化学杀菌剂(百菌清)灌根处理黄瓜根际土壤,通过田间试验研究了其对根际土壤微生物种群数量的影响。结果]施用枯草芽孢杆菌B29菌剂后,使根际细菌和放线菌数量在第10、20天显著增加,第30、40天恢复至和对照一致;使根际真菌数量逐渐下降,第10天显著低于对照,20~40 d时极显著低于对照,至第40天稍有回升,略高于10 d时的真菌数量。施用百菌清处理后,在第10、20天,根际细菌数量极显著下降且明显低于对照,放线菌数量也低于对照但差异不显著,根际细菌和放线菌数量均极显著低于生防菌处理组,至第30、40天恢复到和对照一致;对根际真菌数量的影响是先降低后升高,但极显著低于对照。结论]施用枯草芽孢杆菌B29可促进黄瓜根际细菌和放线菌的生长,抑制真菌的生长。

Effects of Bacillus subtilis B29 on Rhizosphere Microorganisms of Cucumber

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis B29 on rhizospere microbial populations of cucumber.Method] Bacillus subtilis B29 and pesticide(chlorothalonilon) were used to treate the soil around cucumber root in a field experiment Result] The results indicated that the populations of rhizospere bacteria and actinomyces increased significantly at 10 d and 20 d after the application of Bacillus subtilis B29.But the quantities were restored to control at 30 d and 40 d,and the effects on the quantities of rhizosphere fungi decreased gradually,compared with control,while the quantities were much lower at 10 d and indicated extremely significant difference from 20 d to 40 d,even though the quantities increased little at 40 d.After chlorothalonilon poured into the cucumber rhizospere soil,the populations of rhizospere bacteria exhibited notably decrease at 10 d and 20 d,much lower than control.The populations of rhizospere actinomyces were also lower than control,but very limited.However,the populations of rhizospere bacteria and actinomyces were significantly lower than Bacillus subtilis B29,and were restored to control at 30 d and 40 d.The effects on the quantities of rhizosphere fungi were decreased gradually and began to increase at 30 d,but significantly lower than control.Conculsion] Bacillus subtilis B29 promoted the growth of rhizospere bacteria and actinomyces and inhibited rhizosphere fungi after application in cucumber rhizospere soil.
