| 摘 要： | 在提出城市土地潜力的概念,明晰城市土地潜力来源的基础上,分析了延吉市城区土地利用状况,总结了延吉市城区土地利用中存在的问题;从土地的利用强度、经济效益等方面分析了城区土地的可整理潜力,并就此提出了相应的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Based on proposing and clearing the concept and source of urban land potential,the urban land use status in Yanji was analyzed and its existing problems were summarized;and then the urban land arrangement potentiality were analyzed from the perspectives of land use intensity,economic benefits and so on,finally some corresponding suggestions and measures were put forward. |
