尾叶桉苗木轻型营养基质配方研究

目的]筛选出尾叶桉苗木容器育苗的最佳轻质基质配方。方法]选取甘蔗渣、锯木屑、米糠、蛭石、森林土等11种材料配置12种组合基质处理进行对比试验,研究基质材料和配比对尾叶桉苗木生长的影响,探讨轻质基质的物理和化学性质与苗木生长之间的关系。结果]甘蔗渣+锯木屑+蛭石+森林土对尾叶桉育苗的效果最好,对苗木地上部分有显著的促进作用,但对根生长的促进作用较小。就基质的材料而言,米糠的效果并不好,蛭石的作用明显,促进了苗木的生长,肥料在苗木的培育中是必不可少的。结论]根据测定数据和结果分析,筛选出尾叶桉苗木容器育苗的最佳轻质基质配方为:甘蔗渣25%+锯木屑20%+米糠10%+蛭石20%+森林土20%+复合肥及磷肥5%。

Research on the Formula of Light Nutritional Substrate of Eucalyptus urophylla Seedling

Objective] The study aimed to screen out the optimum formula of light substrate for container nursery of Eucalyptus urophylla seedlings.Method] Eleven materials including bagasse,wood sawdust,rice bran,vermiculite and forest soil,etc were selected to match 12 substrate combinations to conduct comparative experiment.The influences of substrate materials and matching on the growth of E.urophylla seedlings were studied and the relationship between the physical and chemical properties of light substrate and seedling growth was discussed.Result] The effect of bagasse wood sawdust vermiculite forest soil on the seedling-raising of E.urophylla was best,had significant promoting effect on the aerial part of seedlings,but less promoting effect on the growth of root.As for substrate materials,the effect of rice bran was not good and that of vermiculite was significant,promoting seedling growth.Fertilizer was necessary to seedling-raising.Conclusion] According to determination data and result analysis,the optimum formula of light substrate screened out for container nursery of E.urophylla seedlings was bagasse 25% wood sawdust 20% rice bran 10% vermiculite 20% forest soil 20% compound and phosphorous fertilizers 5%.
