我国蔬菜产业标准化过程中存在的问题及对策

摘    要:蔬菜生产标准化不仅有利于促进蔬菜产业化和提升蔬菜产品竞争力,而且有利于农业结构的调整。针对我国现行蔬菜安全质量标准普遍低于国际标准,而且存在制定标准种类过多、缺乏统一规划、制度不健全和缺乏可操作性等问题,提出了对策建议。

Abstract:Vegetable sector standardization not only can develop the vegetable industrialization and promote the competitive power of vegetable products but also improve agricultural structure.However the standards of vegetable quality and safety in China are lower than the international standards commonly,and there are many problems in our vegetable standard system.This paper set forth the counter measures in the development of vegetable sector standardization in China finally.
