摘    要:目的]为土壤中有效硼的含量分析提供方法支持。方法]称取10 g土样,按水土比2∶1用沸水浸提15 min,稍冷却,立即干过滤,滤液直接上ICP测定。结果]在优化的试验条件下,平行测定11次的结果表明,沸水浸提-ICP-MS法的检出限为0.009μg/g。将此方法应用于土壤标准物质中有效硼有效含量的测定,测定值均在标准物质的规定范围内,相对标准偏差为2.66%。对土壤有效态成分分析标准物质(GBW07416)C进行加标回收试验,回收率为93.3%~101.3%。结论]与常规分析方法相比,该法的检出限低、灵敏度高、线性动态范围宽,对绒柄牛肝菌生长的土壤中有效硼的测定准确可靠,可用于大批量土壤样品中有效硼及土壤样品中超痕量有效硼的快速测定。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply method support for the content analysis on effective boron in soil.Method] The weight of soil sample was 10 g,the soil sample was extracted in boiling water with water-tosoil ratio of 2∶1 for 15 min,the extraneous liquid was filtrated by dry filtration as soon as it was slightly cooled and the filtrate was directly used in ICP determination.Result] Under the optimized experimental condition,the results of 11 parallel determinations indicated that the detection limit of boiling water extraction—ICP-MS method was 0.009 μg/g.When this method was applied in the determination of the available content of effective boron in standard soil matters,all the determination values were in their prescribed limits and their relative standard deviation was 2.66%.The recovery of standard addition test performed on the standard matter(GBW07416) C for analysis on the effective components in soil was 93.3%-101.3%.Conclusion] Compared with routine analysis method,the detection limit of this method was lower,its sensitivity was higher and its linear dynamic range was wider.The determination on the effective boron in the soil for Boletus tomentipes growth by this method was accurate and reliable and it could be used in the fast determinations of effective boron in mass soil samples and ultra-trace effective boron in soil samples.
