三七的傅里叶变换红外光谱鉴别技术

摘    要:目的]寻找简便快捷的中药材品质分级方法。方法]利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对5种不同等级的三七(Radix notoginseng)和三七花进行测定。结果]三七和三七花的光谱在1 800~700 cm-1范围差别明显;在特定吸光度比值上也表现出明显差异,吸光度比A1 242/A2 928、A1 080/A2 928、A1 020/A2 928三七比三七花大,而A1 643/A2 928、A1 416/A2 928、A1 372/A2 928三七比三七花小。不同等级三七的红外光谱峰形和峰位基本相同,但在特征吸收峰上的吸光度比值上存在着差别。不同头数的三七,其吸光度比A1 640/A2 928、A1 240/A2 928、A1 080/A2 928、A1 022/A2 928、A928/A2 928表现出的规律为20头〉40头〉60头〉80头〉100头。结论]各样品的红外光谱,主要特征吸收峰上吸光度比的差异,说明它们中所含主要物质基本相同,但主要物质含量有差异。红外光谱法在鉴别中药材方面具有方便、快速、无损的特点,有望成为三七等级以及产地鉴别的标准方法。

Discrimination of Radix Notoginseng (Sanqi) by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract:Objective]To seek a simple and rapid method of Discriminating the raw materials of Chinese herb.Method] The dried flowers and different grade dried roots of Padax notoginseng were determined by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Result]The results showed that the spectra of the flower and the root exhibit obvious differences in the range of 1 800-700 cm-1,and there are obvious differences of certain absorbance ratio between them:the A1 242/A2 928,A1 080/A2 928 and A1 020/A2 928 value of root is larger than that of the flower,while the A1 643/A2 928,A1 416/A2 928 and A1 372/A2 928 value of root is smaller than that of the flower.The spectral features and peaks of different grade Sanqi are very similar,some absorbance ratio differences were observed among several peaks.For the ratios of A1 640/A2 928(grade A),A1 240/A2 928(grade B),A1 080/A2 928(grade C),A1 022/A2 928(grade D) and A928/A2 928(grade E),different grades of Sanqi present the order:grade A(20 Tou) > grade B(40 Tou) > grade C(60 Tou) > grade D(80 Tou) > grade E(100 Tou).Conclusion]The substance of the flower and the root was almost the same,but the content of them was different by the differences of absorbance ratio.The FTIR is proved to be a rapid,simple and non-destructive method and it will be the standard method in identificating the grade and source of Chinese herb.
