成都市城郊鱼甲基汞的安全性研究

目的]为了查明成都市城郊鱼中甲基汞的安全性。方法]分2次对成都郊区18个鱼塘进行调查采样，用高效液相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用（HPLC—HGAFS）的方法，进行了甲基汞质量分数的测定。结果]与国家食品卫生标准鱼肉中甲基汞质量分数（200ng／g）相比，18个鱼塘5种鱼肉中甲基汞质量分数均未超标；空间上表现为：东部〉西部〉南部，大鱼中甲基汞含量高于小鱼；不同鱼类相比，肉食性鱼类〉杂食性鱼类〉草食性鱼类，无鳞鱼类〉有鳞鱼类，即鲶鱼〉鲫鱼〉鲤鱼〉草鱼。与国内外其他地区相比，成都市城郊鱼中甲基汞含量相对较低。结论]高效液相色谱和原子荧光光谱联用方法是一个比较理想的测定甲基汞的方法。

Study on Methyl Mercury Security in Fish on the Outskirt of Chengdu
