| 摘 要： | 针对“十六”大提出的全面建设小康社会的要点,阐述了农业信息化与农村全面小康的内涵,分析了农业信息化对农村全面小康建设的重要作用。认为发展农业信息化是农村全面小康建设的重要途径,并有针对性地提出了提高农业信息化水平、促进农村全面小康建设的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the agricultural modernization and the well -off society in an all -round way in countryside were expatiated, and the important meaning of agricultural modernization to build the well -off society in an all -round way in countryside was analyzed. Then, some measures to develop agricultural modernization and build the rural well-off society in an all-round way were brought forward . |
