摘    要:通过对国内弱筋小麦市场的供求现状分析,认为应因地制宜的调整种植结构,加强弱筋小麦的选育和产业化开发,以提高国产优质小麦原粮的竞争力.并对弱筋小麦的育种体系和产业化发展进行了探讨分析.认为亲本选配,分离世代的品质筛选,稳定品系的系统鉴定对于弱筋小麦的选育是至关重要的.同时,做好新品种的种性再加工工作,可以延长应用时间.

Abstract:By analyzing the present conditions of soft wheat supply and demand in the market the planting structure should be adjusted according to environment conditions, and breeding and industrialization of good quality soft wheat should be reinforced, and then the competition ability of the quality wheat grain could be increased. Through inquiring and analyzing the breeding system and the industrial development of soft wheat, the breeding of soft wheat that the parents were selected and crossed, segregated generations and stable lines were appraised and screened was very important. Reprocessing of the variety character was good for wheat quality structure. Some viewpoints were suggested in the production and development of the soft wheat.
