黑莓种子发芽试验

目的]为黑莓的栽培及育种筛选出较好的发芽方法。方法]以黑莓栽培品种成熟鲜果中的饱满种子为材料，种子设3个不同处理：A、在胚根端剥离内果皮，保留种皮及胚乳层；B、在胚乳端剥离内果皮，保留种皮及胚乳层；C、不剥离。然后，用3种培养方法对黑莓种子进行发芽试验。结果]在双层湿滤纸光培养中，处理A和B的种子发芽率均在40％左右，处理c的种子没有发芽；在双层湿滤纸暗培养中，处理A和B的种子发芽率均在61％以上，最高达63．6％，处理c的种子没有发芽。基质培养的种子的最高发芽率为15．1％。不同处理种子生成的小芽苗的移栽成活率均为100％。在培养基培养中，激素浓度配比对黑莓种子的发芽率没有影响。结论]双层湿滤纸暗培养法是黑莓种子的理想发芽方法。
