不同饲料添加剂对獭兔产皮性能的影响

目的]探讨3种不同饲料添加剂水平的饲粮对獭兔产皮性能的影响。方法]选用60日龄健康美系獭兔60只,按性别对等原则分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ3组,试验期为100 d。试验Ⅰ组为基础饲粮加营养型物质组;Ⅱ组为基础饲粮加营养型物质和中草药添加剂组;Ⅲ组为基础饲粮加营养型物质和中草药添加剂以及酶制剂组。试验期结束屠宰,测定獭兔的皮张面积、皮张厚度、被毛密度、被毛细度以及粗毛率等产皮性能。结果]试验Ⅲ组产皮性能各项指标明显高于Ⅰ组,差异显著（P〈0.05）,与Ⅱ组相比产皮性能各项指标略高,但差异不显著。结论]在基础饲粮中添加营养型物质中草药添加剂和酶制剂对獭兔产皮性能有明显的促进作用。

Effects of Different Additives in Diets on Leather Production Performance in Rex

Objective]To investigate the wool traits of Rex rabbit through fed with three different levels of dietary feed additives.Method]A total of 60 health 60-day-old Rex Rabbit were selected and divided into three groups,namely,GroupⅠ、Ⅱ and ⅠⅡ.The trial period was 100 d.GroupⅠ was fed with thebased diet plus nutritional substances;GroupⅡ was fed with the based diet plus nutritional substances and Chinese herbal medicine;Group Ⅲ was fed with the based diet plus nutritional substances,herbal additives and enzyme.The area of Rex rabbit hides,hides thickness,hair density,and other properties of production were detecded after slaughter.Result]The skin Producing performances of Group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of Group Ⅰ(P<0.05),but slightly higher than those of Group Ⅱ,the difference was not significant.Conclusion]Herbal additives and enzyme preparation can promote the performances of Rex rabbit skin.
