| 摘 要： | 用有机溶剂萃取烟草中的游离态烟碱,考查溶剂、萃取方式、料液比、提取时间、提取温度和振荡速度等对游离烟碱得率的影响。结果表明,料液比为1：30时,三氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,在40℃条件下提取30 min,摇床转速为200 r/min时,提取效果最好。

| Abstract: | The free nicotine in tobacco was extracted by organic solvent, and the effects of solvent, extraction method, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and shake speed on yield rate of free nicotine were studied. The results showed that the extraction effect solvent, extraction time of 30 min with extraction temperature of 40 ℃ and rotation speed of 200 r/min. |
