密蒙花挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的]对密蒙花(Buddleia offiinalis Maxim)挥发油化学成分进行研究,为密蒙花的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从密蒙花中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分析,以归一化法计算各个化学成分的相对含量。结果]共分离出46个峰,鉴定了其中27个化学成分,占挥发油总量的72.41%。结论]密蒙花挥发油中的主要成分为棕榈酸(14.07%)、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮(12.92%)、二十一烷(6.15%)、二十七烷(3.28%)。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of essential oil in Buddleia officinalis Maxim and provide the scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization. Method] The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS.
