乙烯利浸种对冬季日光温室黄瓜种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

目的]探讨乙烯利浸种的促雌效果,筛选其最佳的浸种时间与处理浓度。方法]用不同浓度的乙烯利(2 0003、0004、0005、000、6 000和7 000 mg/L)对黄瓜种子进行不同浸种时间(8、12和16 h)的处理,观察其对种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。结果]乙烯利处理黄瓜种子对种子的萌发有明显的促进作用,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活性指数均比对照有所增加,呈现先上升后下降的趋势,4 000与5 000 mg/L浓度处理的发芽率、发芽势均与对照达到了极显著性差异。以浸种12 h处理5 000 mg/L乙烯利的处理效果最好,其发芽指数和活性指数达到了最大值,分别为70.46和55.87。结论]在种子期用乙烯利进行处理能抑制了黄瓜幼苗的徒长,促进壮苗,降低株高,增加株茎粗。壮苗指数与G值以处理5000 mg/L的效果最好。

Effects of Seed Soaking with Ethephon on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Cucumber in Greenhouse in Winter

The aim of the research was to discuss the feminizing effect of seed soaked with ethephon and screen out the optimum seed-soaking time and treatment concentration.Cucumber seeds were treated with different concentrations of ethephon(2 000,3 000,4 000,5 000,6 000 and 7 000 mg/L) for different seed soaking time(8,12 and 16 h) and their effects on seed germination and seedling growth were observed.Cucumber seeds treated with ethephon had an obvious promotion on seed germination.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and activity index were all increased than those of CK,which showed trends of first increasing and then decreasing.The germination rate and germination potential of cucumber seeds treated with 4 000 and 5 000 mg/L of ethephon had extremely significant difference with that of CK.The treatment of seed soaked with 5 000 mg/L of ethephon for 12 h got best effect and its germination index and activity index both reached maximum,being 70.46 and 55.87 respectively.Treatment with ethephon in the seed stage can inhibit the excessive growth of cucumber seedlings,promote the strong seedlings,reduce the plant height and increase plant stem diameter.Strong seedling index and G value in the treatment with 5 000 mg/L ethephon was best.
