火棘果实浸提液的抑菌活性研究

目的]为了获得更为安全有效的抗菌剂,并为开发利用火棘资源提供理论依据。方法]分别以70%乙醇和1%盐酸＋70%乙醇浸提获得火棘果实浸提液,并研究其抗菌性。结果]1%盐酸＋70%乙醇浸提获得的火棘果实浸提液对大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）、金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）和一种未知的革兰氏阳性细菌有较强的抑制作用,但对枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis）无抑制作用;对青霉（Penicicilliumspp.）有较好的抑制作用,但对根霉（Rhizopus stolonifer）、毛霉（Mucorspp.）、胶胞炭疽菌（Colletotrichum gloeospo-rioides）和拟盘多毛孢菌（Pestalotiopsisspp.）无抑制作用。70%乙醇浸提获得的火棘果实浸提液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和一种未知细菌及根霉、毛霉、青霉、胶胞炭疽菌和拟盘多毛孢菌均无抑制作用。结论]火棘果实提取液中含有较多的花青素类物质。

Antimicrobial Activity of the Extracted Fluid from Firethorn Fruit
