火棘果实浸提液的抑菌活性研究

摘    要:目的]为了获得更为安全有效的抗菌剂,并为开发利用火棘资源提供理论依据。方法]分别以70%乙醇和1%盐酸+70%乙醇浸提获得火棘果实浸提液,并研究其抗菌性。结果]1%盐酸+70%乙醇浸提获得的火棘果实浸提液对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和一种未知的革兰氏阳性细菌有较强的抑制作用,但对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)无抑制作用;对青霉(Penicicilliumspp.)有较好的抑制作用,但对根霉(Rhizopus stolonifer)、毛霉(Mucorspp.)、胶胞炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeospo-rioides)和拟盘多毛孢菌(Pestalotiopsisspp.)无抑制作用。70%乙醇浸提获得的火棘果实浸提液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和一种未知细菌及根霉、毛霉、青霉、胶胞炭疽菌和拟盘多毛孢菌均无抑制作用。结论]火棘果实提取液中含有较多的花青素类物质。
