氨基酸平衡对异育银鲫鱼生长及表观消化率的影响

摘    要:研究氨基酸平衡对异育银鲫鱼生长及表观消化率的影响。结果表明:与对照组比较,氨基酸不平衡Ⅱ、Ⅴ组,增重率和营养物质的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),氨基酸平衡Ⅲ、Ⅳ组增重率分别提高20%、11.4%,且差异显著(P<0.05),说明饲料中氨基酸平衡对异育银鲫鱼增重具有显著改善作用,同时氨基酸平衡组的异育银鲫对饲料干物质、蛋白质及磷的利用率有提高的趋势;并可通过氨基酸平衡适当降低粗蛋白及鱼粉含量,进而节约蛋白资源,减少饲料成本。

Abstract:Four hundred and fifty Allogynogenetic crucian carp fingerlings(average weight 10.0 g)was divided into five groups randomly,namely Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴgroup, everyone of which had three duplicates(the size of aquarium:100 cm80 cm60 cm). The Ⅰ group was contrast,fed with the amino acids unbalance basic diet of the percentage of 34 % CP. The others were tested groups,the Cp level of basic diet in group Ⅱ was one percent higher than thatof the contrast,with amino acids still unbalance(absence of Lysine,Methionine); the composition of feed of Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ group,s basic diet were respectively adjusted based on Ⅰ group,s basic diet,by adding free amino acids(Lysine,Methionine)to make amino acid of the Ⅲ,Ⅳ group balance and reducing CP level,but the amino acid of the Ⅴ group was still unbalance(excess of Lysine,Methionine),Raised for 60 days. The results showed:compared with the contrast,there was no significant(P>0.05)in the weight gain ratio and apparent digestibility of nutrition of the Ⅱ.Ⅴ groups;The weight gain ratio of the Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups were 20,11.4 percent higher(P<0.05)than that of the contrast,amino acid balance in feed has significant effect on the performance property,There was the trend for Allogynogenetic crucian carp fingerlings to improve the digestibility of the nutrition ; making amino acids balance can appropriately lower CP level and fish meal percent so as to save protein resource and diminish feed cost.
