红树秋茄色素抗菌活性研究

摘    要:目的]对红树秋茄色素的抗菌活性进行研究,为红树秋茄药用价值评价及开发利用提供依据。方法]采用滤纸片法,以抑菌圈为指标,分别考察了秋茄色素对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌生长的抑制效果。结果]红树秋茄色素对3种供试菌种皆表现出不同程度的抑制作用,其中对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最明显,对大肠杆菌次之,对绿脓杆菌的抑制效果较弱。结论]红树秋茄色素具有较明显的抑菌作用,此次试验只选用了3种菌种供试,尚需进一步做更多菌种的抑制作用效果试验,以期较全面评价该色素的抑菌作用。

Study on the Antibacterial Activity of Pigment from Mangrove Kandelia candel

Abstract:Objective] The antibacterial activity of pigment from Mangrove Kandelia candel was studied,which provided a reference for evaluation and exploitation of medicinal values of Mangrove Kandelia candel.Method] Using filter paper method, determination of inhibition zone as an inspection target, the inhibitory effects of the Kandelia candel pigment on the growth of Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were tested respectively. Result]Kandelia candel pigment had different degrees of the inhibitory effects on three strains, the sequences were as follows,Bacillus subtilis,was the most obvious,Escherichia coli followed, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the weakest. Conclusion] The Kandelia candel pigment had more obvious inhibitory effects, this test chose only there strains to be tested,so more effect tests regarding more strains are needed,in order to evaluate the inhibitory effects of the pigment comprehensively.
