草鱼♀×鳡♂杂交F1代同工酶和蛋白质的电泳分析

摘    要:目的]了解草鱼♀×鳡♂杂交F1代的生化遗传特性.方法]应用聚丙烯酸胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对草鳡杂交F1代的9种组织(心、脑、眼、肝、肾、脾、鳍、肌肉、血浆)的3种同工酶(LDH、EST、MDH)进行了分析,同时比较了其同工酶及蛋白质与亲本草鱼、鳃的差异.结果]草鳡杂交F1代的3种同工酶具有不同程度的组织特异性,其同工酶和蛋白质与亲本之间存在明显差异.结论]这些差异可作为鉴别草鳡杂交鱼及亲本的标志.

The Electrophoretic Analysis of Isozymes and Proteins of the F1 Hybrid (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ♀ ×Elopichthys bambusa ♂)

Abstract: Objective ] In order to understand the genetic characteristics of hybrid F1 (C. ideUus ♀ × bambusa ♂ ). Method] By means of vertical polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis, three isozymes (LDH, EST and MDH)from nine tissues( heart, brain, eyes, liver, kidney, spleen, fin, muscle, plasma) of the F1 hybrid were studied, at the same time, the isozyme and protein of the Fl hybrids were compared with grass carp and E. bambusa. Result ] The results showed that three isozymes presented obvious tissue specificity; The isozyme and protein of F1 hybrid exists obvious difference between with its parents. Conclusion] These differences can be used as identification of F1 hybrid and its parents.
