复合酶法提取桑叶中多糖的工艺条件优化

摘    要:目的]采用复合酶法提取桑叶中多糖。方法]通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了酶的浓度、酶作用的时间、酶作用的温度以及酶作用的pH值对桑叶粗多糖提取率的影响。结果]通过复合酶法提高了桑叶多糖的提取率。结论]提取的最佳工艺条件为:温度50℃、pH值为4.5、酶用量1.0%、提取时间1 h;提取桑叶多糖的收率可达14.32%。
