盾叶薯蓣小孢子发生及雄配子体发育的研究

摘    要:观察了盾叶薯蓣小孢子发生以及雄配子体形成过程。结果表明:盾叶薯蓣雄蕊6枚,花药具4个小孢子囊,花药壁发育方式为基本型,由表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层组成,绒毡层为腺质型。小孢子母细胞在减数分裂后胞质分裂为同时型,小孢子四分体排列多为四面体形,偶为交叉型;成熟花粉为2细胞型花粉粒。在盾叶薯蓣小孢子发生、雄配子体形成及花药壁发育过程中未见败育或其他异常现象。

Abstract:The specific research on the Dioscorea zingiberensis was done.The result indicated that the observations on the microspore genesis and the development of male gametes in Dioscorea zingiberensis revealed that the anther was 4-sporangiate and its anther wall was of basic type in the development,which comprised epidemic,fibrous endothecium,middle layer and glandular tapetum.The microspore mother cells underwent meiosis and the cytokinesis was simultaneous.The tetrads were tetrahedral and occasionally decussate.Besides,mature pollen grains were 2-celled.Therefore,it can be concluded that microspore genesis and development of male gametes in Dioscorea zingiberensis were normal.
