摘    要:目的]为绒毛白蜡的抗盐性研究提供理论依据。方法]分别采用不同浓度(0(CK)、2.9、5.8、11.7、17.6、23.4、35.1 g/L)的NaCl及盐渍土壤盐浸提液(NMS)处理绒毛白蜡种子,比较不同处理种子的萌发及幼苗生长情况。结果]随盐处理浓度的升高,绒毛白蜡种子的萌发率总体呈下降趋势;绒毛白蜡种子在NMS溶液中的发芽势和发芽指数显著高于相同浓度的NaCl处理。11.7 g/LNaCl及17.6g/LNMS盐溶液中绒毛白蜡幼苗仅出现根部生长,23.4、35.1 g/L盐溶液中无幼苗生长现象。复水处理后,在盐浓度临界值范围内,绒毛白蜡种子的萌发恢复率均达到90%以上。结论]盐胁迫对绒毛白蜡种子萌发及幼苗生长均具有明显的抑制作用。
