摘    要:以锦带花花粉为试验材料,研究温度、蔗糖浓度、矿质营养、植物生长调节剂、培养时间、不同采集时间对锦带花粉萌发的影响.试验结果表明:Ca2+浓度为40mg/L时显著促进锦带花粉萌发,较低或较高浓度对花粉萌发有抑制作用;B浓度在40~80mg/L时明显促进锦带花粉的萌发;浓度为5~10mg/L的NAA对锦带花粉萌发的促进作用明显;浓度为20~40mg/L的GA处理明显促进锦带花粉的萌发;蔗糖浓度为15%、温度为25℃有利于锦带花粉萌发;1 d中上午采集的花粉生活力较好,花粉萌发率较高.

Abstract:Pollens of Weigela florida were taken as experiment materials.Effect of temperature,sucrose density,mineral nutrition,plant growth regulator,culture time and collect time on pollen germination of Weigela florida were studied.Result showed that pollen germination of Weigela florida was remarkably promoted under the condition of 40 mg/L Ca2+.Relatively high or low density restrained pollen germination.40~80 mg/L B,5~10 mg/L NAA or 20~40 mg/L GA obviously promoted the pollen germination,respectively.15 % sucrose density and 25 ℃ temperature were advantageous to the germination of pollens.In the same day,the viability of pollens gathered in the morning was better and pollen germination rate was higher than in other times.
