| 摘 要： | 目的]研究钾对生菜品质的影响及不同品种之间的差异。方法]选用6个生菜品种,采用水培方法,设置3个供钾水平（112、312、512 mg/L）,测定了生菜钾、钙、粗蛋白、硝酸盐、维生素C等品质指标。结果]6个品种钾含量差异很大,生菜的钾含量随着供钾水平的提高而上升;不同生菜品种品质差异较大,供钾水平对生菜品质有较大影响。增加钾供应,降低了生菜粗蛋白含量;供钾水平由112mg/L升到312 mg/L时,生菜NO3-N含量明显提高,供钾水平升高到512 mg/L时,NO3-N含量又有所降低。总体上看,供钾水平对生菜Ca和维生素C含量的影响都不明显。结论]钾对生菜品质有明显的影响,且存在品种间的差异。
