南山甜桃采前BTH处理对采后贮藏品质的影响

目的]为南山甜桃贮藏保鲜提供理论依据。方法]以深圳南山甜桃为试材,采前使用50 mg/LBTH对果树进行喷雾处理,以清水处理为对照,研究采后低温贮藏期间甜桃品质的变化情况。结果]采前50 mg/LBTH处理可有效降低采后甜桃果实的呼吸速率和乙烯释放率;贮藏0～5 d甜桃果实的硬度持续下降,贮藏5～10 d果实硬度几乎保持不变,第10 d后果实硬度开始下降,但采前50 mg/LBTH处理果实硬度显著高于对照;贮藏初期,采前BTH处理果实可溶性固形物含量略低于对照,而中后期一直高于对照;采前50 mg/LBTH处理可延缓果实可滴定酸含量的下降。结论]采前50 mg/LBTH处理可有效延缓采后甜桃果实衰老及品质下降。

Influence of BTH Treatment before Harvest on Post-harvest Storage Quality of Nanshan Sweet Peach

Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical basis for storage and preservation of Nanshan sweet peach.Method] With Nanshan sweet peach of Shenzhen as tested materials,clear water treatment as CK,the fruit trees were sprayed with 50 mg/L BTH before harvest,the quality change of sweet peach during storage period at low temperature after harvest was studied.Result] Treatment with 50 mg/L BTH before harvest could effectively reduce the respiratory rate and ethylene release rate of sweet peach fruit after harvest,its hardness was decreased continuously in storage period of 0-5 d and nearly invariable in storage period of 5-10 d and started to decrease again after 10 d.But,the fruit hardness in treatment with 50 mg/L BTH before harvest was significantly higher than that in CK.In early storage period,the soluble solid content in treatment with BTH before harvest was a little lower than that in CK and it was always higher than that in CK in middle and late period.Treatment with 50 mg/L BTH before harvest could delay the decrease of titratable acid content in fruit.Conclusion] Treatment with 50 mg/L BTH before harvest could effectively delay the senescene and quality decrease of sweet peach after harvest.
