ABA在拟南芥种子萌发和幼苗发育中的作用

摘    要:采用不用浓度ABA处理各种基因型的拟南芥种子,结果表明:拟南芥abi1和abi2是ABA信号的负调节者;异三聚体G蛋白α亚基gpa1基因超表达株系和T-DNA插入突变体在种子萌发和幼苗发育中对ABA不敏感;相对于野生型来说,a/c、a/g表现出相对的ABA不敏感性,表明在ABA抑制的种子萌发和幼苗发育过程中gap1可能位于abi1上游。

Abstract:Arabidopsis seeds were dealed with the different concentrations of ABA and then the ratio of seed germination and seedling development were calculated in order to reavel the effect of ABA on the seeds germination and the seedlings development of the different Arabidopsis genotypes. The results were as follows: abi1 and abi2 were likely to be the negative regulator of ABA signal; The over-expression plants and the T-DNA inserted mutants of the gpa1 gene were not sensitive to ABA during the seed germination and seedling development; a/c,a/g,compared with the wild type,were insensitivity to ABA. From the result mentioned-above,we could conclude that gpa1 was at the upstream of abi1 during the process of seed germination and seedling development controlled by ABA.
