不同来源地重楼药材中9种无机元素含量测定

目的]对不同来源地的重楼药材中9种无机元素的含量进行测定和分析。方法]采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光分光光度法对来自不同地区的17份重楼药材中Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn、Cu、Cr、As、Hg和Ca9种无机元素进行了测定,并进行了相关分析;另外,应用主成分分析和聚类分析对重楼9种无机元素的药理药效作用进行分析。结果]不同样品中9种无机元素含量存在一定差异,其在17个不同来源地中的变异系数由大到小依次为：Mg〉Hg〉As〉Mn〉Zn〉Cr〉Fe〉Cu〉Ca。相关分析结果表明,Fe和Mg之间为极显著正相关,Mg和Ca、Cu和Zn、Ca和Cu之间均为显著正相关,Cr和Zn之间为显著负相关。主成分分析和聚类分析印证了重楼药材中无机元素的药理药效作用。结论]揭示了重楼中无机元素的作用,并为重楼属植物资源的合理开发利用提供理论依据。
