螺旋藻脱氮除磷的条件优化

摘    要:目的]为螺旋藻在废水处理中的应用提供依据。方法]以去除NaHCO3和NaHCO3的Zarrouk培养基为基本培养基培养螺旋藻,通过L9(3^4)正交试验研究稀释比率(培养基与废水)、培养基中NaHCO3和NaHCO3添加量对培养液中氮、磷浓度的影响。结果]各因素对藻体生物量的影响由大到小依次为稀释比率〉NaHCO3添加量〉NaHCO3添加量,螺旋藻生物量积累优化培养基为:稀释比率20∶80,NaHCO3添加量6.0 g/L,NaHCO3添加量1.5 g/L;除磷优化培养基为:稀释比率50∶50,NaHCO3添加量4.5g/L,NaNO3添加量1.5g/L,培养基优化后螺旋藻对磷的消除率提高了9.87%;脱氮优化培养基为:稀释比率50∶50,NaHCO3添加量3.0 g/L,NaHCO3添加量1.5 g/L。结论]该试验确定了螺旋藻脱氮除磷的最佳培养基。

Conditional Optimization for Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal with Spirulina

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide the basis for the application of spirulina in wastewater treatment.Method] With Zarrouk medium without NaHCO3 and NaNO3 as basal medium,the spirulina was cultured and the effects of diluted rate(medium to wastewater) and additions of NaHCO3 and NaNO3 in medium on contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in culture solution were studied through orthogonal test.Result] The effects of factors on biomass of spirulina from big to small in order was diluted rate > NaHCO3 addition > NaNO3 addition.The optimized medium for biomass accumulation of spirulina was that diluted rate of 20∶ 80,NaHCO3 addition of 6.0 g/L and NaNO3 addition of 1.5 g/L.The optimized medium for phosphorus removal was that diluted rate of 50∶ 50,NaHCO3 addition of 4.5 g/L and NaNO3 addition of 1.5 g/L.After optimization of the medium,the elimination rate of phosphorus eliminate by spirulina was increased by 9.87%.The optimized medium for nitrogen removal was that diluted rate of 50∶ 50,NaHCO3 addition of 3.0 g/L and NaNO3 addition of 1.5 g/L.Conclusion] The study determined the optimal medium for nitrogen and phosphorus removal with spirulina.
