摘    要:石蒜是我国重要的秋冬季观赏植物,但其自然繁殖率低、速度慢。为提高石蒜鳞片扦插繁殖效率,该试验研究了不同浓度吲哚丁酸和不同基质对石蒜鳞片扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:IBA对于石蒜鳞片扦插繁殖有促进作用,以100 mg/kgIBA处理的繁殖效果最佳;腐殖土对石蒜繁殖有重要作用,将沙和腐殖土按照1∶2混合作为石蒜鳞片扦插的基质效果更好。

Abstract:Lycoris radiate is an important ornamental plant in autumn and winter,but its natural propagation coefficient is low and propagation speed is slow.In order to improve the efficiency of Lycoris cutting propagation,the effects of indole butyric acid and different culture media on Lycoris cutting propagation was studied.The results showed: IBA could increase the quantity and quanlity and quality of bulblets and 100 mg/kg IBA had the best effects.Humus soil played a important role in Lycoris propagation,mixture of sand and humus soil had better effect on bulblet growth.
