| 摘 要： | 目的]研究多效唑（PP333）对决明子（Cassia obtusifolia L.）种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。方法]采用不同浓度PP333对决明子种子进行不同时间的浸种处理。结果]PP333浸种可延缓决明子种子萌发,降低种子发芽率和发芽势,但能够显著提高种子的简易活力指数。PP333浸种还能增加决明子幼苗茎粗,促进植株矮化,促进侧根生长,明显提高幼苗的抗倒伏能力。综合考虑,决明子种子用100mg/L PP333浸种24 h,效果最佳。结论]该研究可为决明子的高产栽培提供理论依据。
