摘    要:研究了镧对铅胁迫下小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:镧对铅胁迫下小麦种子萌发有防护作用,最适浓度为30mg/L;镧对小麦幼苗生长的影响主要有:叶绿素含量及光合强度增加,根系活力及硝酸还原酶活性上升,SOD、POD、CAT活性及脯氨酸含量上升,MDA含量下降,表明镧有缓解铅胁迫的作用。

Abstract:The effect of La on seed germination and growth under Pb stress was studied.The experimental results showed that the seed germination under La inhibition was mitigated by La,and the fit of density was 30 mg/L.The effect of La on seeding growth under Pb stress was studied.The cell membrane permeability,the malonydialdehyd(MDA) and praline(Pro) content,activities of superoxide(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were reduced.The activities of catalase(CAT) and nitrate reductase(NR),ehlorophyll content,root activities and hotosynthetic were increased.
