侧柏叶总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]探讨提取侧柏叶总黄酮的最优工艺。方法]采用索氏提取法,选用不同溶剂在不同的浸提时间、浸提温度、液料比下对侧柏叶总黄酮提取工艺进行研究。结果]最优浸提方案是浸提时间6h、浸提温度70℃、液料比8∶1;浸提温度对提取侧柏叶总黄酮的影响较大,其次为浸提时间,而液料比的影响较小;甲醇作提取剂的效果最佳。按最优提取工艺得总黄酮产率为8.450%。定性试验和紫外光谱分析结果表明,侧柏叶中的黄酮化合物主要为黄酮醇类。结论]该研究提出了侧柏叶总黄酮的最优提取工艺,为侧柏叶总黄酮的提取奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective]The extraction technique of flavonoids from Platycladus orientalis leaf was researched with the different solvents,extraction times,temperatures and the proportion of solvent material.The result of orthogonal test: the flavonoids extracted from Platycladus orientalis leaf was affected by the extraction temperature,time and solvent material proportion with degression order.The best extraction technique scheme was the solvent was methanol;the extraction time,6 h;the extraction temperature,70 ℃ and solvent material proportion,8∶1.The result of the best extraction technique scheme was flavone content was 8.450%.
