温氏附红细胞体对奶牛免疫水平的影响

摘    要:选择5头感染温氏附红细胞体的奶牛和5头健康奶牛,分别进行红细胞C3b受体花环率、免疫复合物花环率、B淋巴细胞EA花环率、外周血中T淋巴细胞百分率、淋巴细胞转化率的测定。结果表明,感染温氏附红细胞体的奶牛其红细胞C3b受体花环率、免疫复合物花环率、B淋巴细胞EA花环率、外周血中T淋巴细胞百分率、淋巴细胞转化率明显低于健康奶牛,且二者在0.01水平上有差异。这说明温氏附红细胞体对奶牛的免疫水平有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:In order to discuss the effect of Eperythrozoon wenyonii on immune level of dairy cows, 5 eperythrozoonsis cows and 5 healthy cows were selected and mensuration was carried out including RBC-C3bRR rate, RBC-ICR rate, EA rosette rate, the percentage of T-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood and the lymphocyte transformation rate. Result showed that all these indexes of the infected diary cow with Eperythrozoon wenyonii were obviously lower than those of healthy ones. And they had significant differences(P<0.01), which indicated that E.wenyonii inhibited the immune level of diary cows obviously.
