微波与超临界CO_2萃取联用提取橘皮精油的研究

摘    要:目的]改变橘皮精油传统提取方法中的不足,为橘皮精油的进一步开发利用提供理论基础,也为橘皮的综合利用提供新途径。方法]采用超临界CO2萃取与微波处理技术相结合萃取橘皮精油,就萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2流量等对橘皮精油提取率有较大影响的因素进行了探讨,并采用正交试验对试验方案进行了优化。结果]影响橘皮精油得率的因素顺序为萃取时间〉萃取压力〉萃取温度〉CO2流量;当萃取时间为20 min、萃取压力为9.0 MPa、萃取温度为40℃和CO2流量为20 L/h时,精油的平均得率为2.08%。GC-MS的分析结果表明:橘皮精油中柠檬烯的含量最大,为55.65%,D柠-檬烯和β-松油烯次之,含量分别为6.12%和5.48%。结论]采用微波与超临界CO2萃取联用技术提取橘皮精油,萃取时间短,得率高,精油质量佳。
