保护地斑潜蝇对蔬菜梅豆危害的研究

摘    要:利用定植18 d的温棚蔬菜双丰2号梅豆,选择4个样区分别统计危害叶片,用目测法分成危害叶片的5个等级,对其平均叶面积、虫道面积、光合作用进行测算.研究表明,斑潜蝇对蔬菜梅豆早期的危害等级与产量显著相关,随着危害面积的增加气孔道度减小,气孔趋向关闭,光合速率趋向于零,蒸腾速率有明显变化,第4危害等级时蔬菜梅豆的损失达到96%,基本绝收.

Abstract:In greenhouse test,plum bean varity Shuangfeng 2 planting for 18 days was used as material,4 sample plots were selected to make statistics of the leaf hurting state and 5 grades of hurting leaf were divided by ocular estimate for determining leaf area on average,larva road area and photosynthetic rate.Results indicated that the hurt grade was associated with production when the Liriomyza hurts plum bean in the early time.With the hurt leaf area increasing,the stoma road degree reduced,and the stoma trend to closing,the photosynthetic rate tendency trend to 0 and the transpiration rates had obvious change.The loss of plum bean was more than 96% at the 4th hurting grade.
