| 摘 要： | 在以５种限制性内切酶对ＳＩＮＰＶ基因组作酶解分析的基础上，以ＡｃＮＰＶ多角体基因的部分编码序列作探针，对其进行Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ杂交分析，发现ＸｂａⅠ酶切的２．９ｋｂ片段含有全部或部分ＳＩＮＰＶ多角体基因，并将该片段克隆至ｐｕｃ１８载体上。

| Abstract: | Spodoptera litura nuclear polyhedrosis virus(SlNPV) genome are degenerated by restriction endonucleases.Using AcNPV polyhedrosis gene coding sequence as probe,southern blot analysis showed SINPV XbaI2.9kb fragment including SINPV polyhedrosis gene.This 2.9kb fragment was cloned to puc18 plasmid and named pslV2.9. |
