摘    要:目的]为植物次生代谢产物的抑菌活性研究提试验参考.方法]采用70%乙醇浸提,获得荼花(Camellia japonica)和红花櫙木(Loropetalum chinese)花朵中的黄酮类物质,对细菌和真菌进行抑菌作用研究.结果]茶花花瓣黄酮类物质对大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和1种未知细菌(G 细菌)均没有抑菌作用,而茶花花朵其余部分和红花檵木花朵中的黄酮类物质对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌与这种未知细菌有较好的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌无抑菌效果.结论]茶花和红花檵木的70%乙醇提取物有较好的抑制细菌作用.

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to provide experimental references for antimicrobial activity study of plant secondary metabolites.Method] It was studied on the antimicrobial activity to bacteria and fungi of flavonoids extracted from Camellia japonica and Loropetalum chinese flower with 70% ethanol.Result] The results showed that flavonoids from Camellia japonica petal was lack of the antimicrobial activity to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,an unknown bacterium(G bacterium).The anthoxanthins from the other part of Camellia japonica except petal and Loropetalum chinese flower could inhibit the growth of three kinds of bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and the unknown bacterium,while there was no inhibition activity to Escherichia coli.Conclusion] The flavonoids extracted from Camellia japonica and Loropetalum chinese flower with 70% ethanol had a better antibacterial activity.
