等离子注入对水稻主要农艺性状的影响

摘    要:本文以早稻中87—156(籼)和中组53(粳)的脱壳种子为材料,系统地研究了离子注入对水稻主要农艺性状的影响。实验结果表明,离子处理能明显地影响有效穗、总粒数、千粒重等主要农艺性状的变化,特别是有效穗和千粒重的变化有利于水稻育种。离子处理是一个生理损伤小,诱变频率高,世代稳定快的诱变育种新技术。

Abstract:The paper describes the effect of Ion implantation on major agronomical characters in rice. The materials are hulled seed (Brown rice)of Zhong87—156(Indica)and Zhong T53(Japanica).The experimental results show that Ion implantation treatment can effect. the changes of number of effective tillers,grain number per panicle, 1000 grain weight and plant height. Especially the changes of effective tillers and 1000 grain weight are very useful for rice breeding. It also shows that Ion implantation possesses lower damage,higher mutagen frequency. And the generation stabilization was shorted.
