| 摘 要： | 从安徽省某三黄鸡场发生的以心包炎、肝周炎及腹膜炎为主要病理变化的病鸡采集病料,分离鉴定病原菌,并进一步作中西药药敏试验.结果表明,病原菌被分离鉴定为大肠杆菌,该菌对大蒜、生山楂、诃子、丁胺卡那、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、新霉素和氯霉素均高度敏感.

| Abstract: | Sanhuang broiler sent by a chicken farm of Anhui province was anatomized,which was similar to pericarditis,balloonitis and peritonitis.After pathogeny isolation and identification of the modality of the bacteria,the characteristic of colony and the biochemical reaction,it was considered as E.coli.This E.coli was used for drug sensitive test.The results showed that this E.coli was hypersensitive to garlic,hawkthorn,terminaliachebula retz,amikain,kanamycin,gentamycin,neomycin and chloramphenicol. |
