华山松化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究华山松松塔的乙醇提取浸膏正丁醇萃取物的化学成分,以期寻找抗史滋病病毒(抗HIV)的活性成分。方法]采用硅胶柱和MCIGEL枉色谱法,分离得到5种化合物,并利用NMR、ESI—MS等波谱技术对化合物进行鉴定。结果]5种化合物的结构分别为:4.羟基苯甲酸-1’,3'-二羟基丙酯(I),4-羟基苯甲酸(II),丙二酸(III),(2R)-2,3-二羟基丙酸(IV),2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基苯基)丙酮(V)。结论]化合物I—V为首次从该属植物中分离获得。

Studies on Chemical Constituents from Pinus armandii Franch.

Abstract: Objective ] The aim was to study the chemical constituents from the n-butanol extracts of P. armanclii Franch. and search tar an- ti-HIV natural products. Methods] Column chromatography techniques, such as MCI GEL, were used for separation and purification of the compounds,whose structure were elucidated by means of spectral analysis and physieo-chemieal properties. Results ] Five compounds were isolated from the pine cone of P. armandii Franch. , and their structures were identified as: 4-hydroxybenzoic acid-1', 3'-dihydroxypropyl ester, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, propanedioei acid, ( 2R ) -2,3-Dihydroxypropanoic acid, 2, 3-Dihydroxy-1-( 4-hydroxyphenyl ) -1-propanone. Conclusion] Compounds I-V were isolated from this plant for the first time.
