| 摘 要： | 以渭南市临渭区1995~2005年土地利用变化数据为依据,分析其土地利用的动态变化及土地利用程度等变化情况,结果表明:耕地、未利用地、水域面积大量减少,园地、林地、城镇村及工矿用地及交通用地增加;农业生产效益、生态建设、经济发展、人口增长等因素是引起其土地利用变化的主要驱动力因子。

| Abstract: | Based on the statistics of the land use changes in Linwei District of Weinan from 1995 to 2005,the dynamic change situation of its land use as well as its utilization level was analyzed.Result showed that the area of farmland,unused land and water area decreased greatly,while the area of garden and forest land,the land of villages,towns,industries and mining and traffic land increased.Factors,such as agricultural benefit,ecological construction,economical development and population increase,were the main driving forces that caused land use changes in this district. |
