摘    要:目的]探讨甜菜碱与不同南瓜耐盐性机制之间的关系,明确甜菜碱在耐盐生理中的作用机理。方法]以黑籽南瓜和青栗南瓜幼苗为试验材料,研究外源甜菜碱(GB)对浓度300mmol/LNaCl胁迫下2种南瓜幼苗细胞膜透性、MDA和根系活力的影响。结果]在合适的浓度下,外源甜菜碱能够降低盐胁迫下2种南瓜幼苗叶片质膜透性,抑制膜质过氧化产物MDA的积累,提高植物的根系活力。结论]甜菜碱处理盐胁迫下的南瓜幼苗能够降低盐胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,缓解盐害,提高南瓜幼苗的耐盐性。
