河南部分地区17株禽源大肠杆菌的耐药性分析

目的]研究河南地区禽源大肠杆菌耐药性的变化，为临床药物使用提供参考。方法]从河南省部分地区鸡场有大肠杆菌病典型症状的病例（鸡）采集病料，分离出禽源性大肠杆菌17株，检测其对24种抗生素的耐药性。结果]24种药物中有21种药物的耐药率〉70％，其中链霉素、青霉素、阿奇霉素万古霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、恩诺沙星、四环素、泰乐菌素10种药物的耐药性达90％，青霉素、阿奇霉素、氯霉素、泰乐菌素4种药物的耐药性达100％。结论]河南省部分地区禽源大肠杆菌对常见抗生素耐药性增强，抗性增加。

Drug Resistance of 17 Avian E.coli Strains from Henan Province
