海娜中黄酮类化合物的提取及含量测定

摘    要:用正交试验提取海娜花和叶中的黄酮类化合物,并在510 nm处测定其吸光度值,计算其含量.结果表明,海娜花和叶中黄酮类化合物的提取分别是花以65℃时、用浓度为95%的乙醇提取1.5 h,叶以65℃时,用浓度为95%的乙醇提取2.5 h最好,得出的海娜花和叶中黄酮含量可分别高迭2.356%和1.569%.

Abstract:The best extraction conditions and content determination of flavonids in Henna flowers and leaves were studied with orthogonal experiment.Absorbance was determined at 510 nm by the 721-spectrophotometer and the content was calculated.Flavonids from Henna flowers and leaves were better to be extracted by 95 % alcohol at 65 ℃ in one and a half hours and by 95 % alcohol at 65 ℃ in two hours and a half,respectively.Flavonids contents in Henna flowers and leaves were 2.356 % and 1.569 %,respectively.This method was fast,accurate and sensitive and flavonids content was relatively high.
