| 摘 要： | 分析了我国农村金融组织体系的现状:农业发展银行业务单一,难以承担政策性金融重任;农业银行的功能趋于弱化;农村信用社功能异化、体制不顺;农村金融市场不健全,非银行金融组织发育缓慢.提出了新时期农村金融组织创新改革的思路.

| Abstract: | After analyzing the present situation of rural financial organization system,problems were pointed out,such as weak function of agricultural bank in rural financial field,dissimilatory function of rural credit cooperatives,imperfect system of rural financial market and slow development of other financial organizations.Meanwhile,the business of agricultural development bank was too single to undertake the important duty of policy finance.Finally,a new view of rural financial organization reform in new times was put forward from the angle of overall situation. |
