秦油2号硝酸还原酶活性的研究

摘    要:用体外诱导法系统地测定了秦油2号不同部位的硝酸还原酶活性。结果表明:秦油2号硝酸还原酶受底物浓度、诱导时间、pH值、光和温度等因素影响;叶龄和叶位是其活性变化的内在因素;器官之间也存在着酶活性的差异,其大小顺序为根、叶片、叶柄、茎;硝酸还原酶活性具有季节性的变化。秦油2号的硝酸还原酶活性高于中油821,间接表明秦油2号品种耐肥性强,氮素利用率高。

Abstract:In order to understand the physiological mechanism of high yield in hybrid rape, NR(nitrate reductase) activity of various parts in qinyou No. 2(B.Napus. L) was determined using external induced method. The results were as follows: the NR activity in qinyou No. 2 was affected by concentration of nitrogen, induced time, pH,light and temperature, respectively; age or place of leaf was internal factor for change of the NR activity; the NR activity of various organs was different, and of root>of leaf>of petiole>of stem among them; change of the NR activity was also present in replace of season; the NR activity of hybrid rape cultivar qinyou No. 2 was higher than that of zhongyou No. 821, which suggests that fertillizer—resistance was better, and nitrogen utilization ratio was higher in qinyou No.2
