摘    要:目的]研究苦参碱对棉蚜的防治效果。方法]以棉花品种新陆早33号为供试作物,研究0.3%苦参碱、25%阿克泰WG、0.5%啶虫脒(对照药剂)4、0%氧化乐果对棉蚜的防治效果。结果]0.5%啶虫脒、0.3%苦参碱、25%阿克泰WG施药后37、1、5 d的虫口减退率分别为94.5%、97.1%、85.4%,90.8%、91.5%、87.7%和91.6%、93.5%、85.4%,校正防效分别为95%、99.5%、96.9%,91.2%、91.5%、98.9%和92.0%、96.7%、96.7%,40%氧化乐果对棉蚜的防治效果较差;苦参碱和阿克泰施药后第37、d对蚜虫的校正防效低于对照药剂,但施药后第15 d,苦参碱对蚜虫的校正防效高于对照药剂,阿克泰对蚜虫的校正防效与对照药剂相当。结论]生物农药苦参碱防治蚜虫见效较慢,但其持效期长、环境污染小。

Study on Control Effect of 0.3% Soluble Matrine etc New Pesticides on Cotton Aphid in North Xinjiang
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the control effect of matrine on cotton aphid.Method] With cotton variety Xinluzao33 as the tested crop,the control effects of 0.3% matrine,25% Actara WG,0.5% acetamiprid(control pesticides) and 40% omethoate on cotton aphid were studied.Result] After 3,7,15 d of pesticides application,the decresae rates of cotton aphid treated by 0.5% acetamiprid,0.3% matrine and 25% Actara WG were 94.5%,97.1%,85.4% and 90.8%,91.5%,87.7% and 91.6%,93.5%,85.4% resp.,and their correction control effect on cotton aphid were 95%,99.5%,96.9% and 91.2%,91.5%,98.9% and 92.0%,96.7%,96.7%,the control effect of 40% omethoate on cotton aphid was worse.The correction control effect of matrine and Actara on cotton aphid were lower than that of control pesticides after 3,7 d of pesticides application,but after15 d of pesticides application,the correction control effect of matrine on cotton aphid was higher than that of control pesticides,and that of Actara was equal with that of control pesticides.Conclusion] When biological pesticide matrine was used to control cotton aphid,the effect was slower,but the persistent period of it was longer with less environmental pollution.
