豌豆杂交育种新方法探索

摘    要:目的]探索豌豆的杂交新方法。方法]以豌豆杂交育种的传统方法和苏宗安法为对照方法,研究一种豌豆杂交育种新方法的育种效果。结果]该豌豆杂交育种新方法如下:在白天露水蒸发后的任意时间段去雄,在12点到16点授粉,在授粉后的杂交花的节位套上标签,将做过杂交的分枝上除杂交花以外的所有花朵全部去除,同时去除该分枝的茎尖生长点。与传统方法相比,该豌豆杂交新方法的工作效率提高了3倍以上,杂交结实成功率提高了33%。与苏宗安法相比,该豌豆杂交新方法的工作效率提高了2倍以上,杂交结实成功率提高了13%。该豌豆杂交新方法的后代伪杂种出现的几率为0。结论]与传统方法和苏宗安法相比,该豌豆杂交新方法具有明显优势。

Discussion on the New Cross Breeding Method of Pea

Abstract:Objective]The study aimed to explore new cross breeding methods for pea.Method]With traditional cross breeding method and Suzongan method of pea as control methods,the breeding effect of a new cross breeding method of pea was studied.Result]The new cross breeding method of pea was as follows: after the dew was evaporated,the detassel could be carried out in any time of day;the pollination should be carried out between 12:00 and 16:00,the nodes of pollinated cross bred flowers were covered with tags;except for the cross bred flower,all the flowers and growing points of stem tips on the cross bred branches were removed.Compared with traditional method,the working efficiency and cross-fertility rate of this new corss breeding method of pea were enhanced by more than 3 times and 33%.Compared with Suzongan method,its working efficiency and cross-fertility rate were enhanced by more than 2 times and 13%.The occurrence probability of false hybrid among filial generations of the new cross breeding method of pea was 0.Conclusion]Compared with traditional method and Suzongan method,this new cross breeding method of pea possessed obvious advantages.
