摘    要:目的]研究烟叶中非挥发性有机酸在烟叶生长过程中的变化。方法]采用N-甲基三甲基硅基三氟乙酰胺(MSTFA)衍生化-气相色谱-质谱联用的方法,通过标样和质谱相结合定性分析烟叶中11种重要的非挥发性有机酸。结果]对有标样的6个非挥发性有机酸进行方法分析指标的测定,回收率为85.4%~102.1%,回收率良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.0%。结论]该方法具有简便、快速、结果准确等特点,适于测定烟草样品的非挥发性有机酸含量。该方法用于测定生长发育过程中烟叶的非挥发性有机酸的变化,取得了11种烟叶中重要非挥发性有机酸随生长过程动态变化的曲线。

Analysis on Changes of Key Nonvolatile Organic Acids in Tobacco Leaves during Its Growth by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective] The changes of nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves during its growth were studied.Method] By using the coupling technique of N-methyl-N-trimethylsilytrifluoroacetamide(MSTFA) derivatization-gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry,11 kinds of key were analyzed through the combination of standard sample and mass spectrum.Result]The determination on analyzing index of the method for 6 nonvolatile organic acids with the standard sample showed a good average recovery,with the recovery of 85.4%-102.1% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) less than 7.0%.Conclusion] The method had the simple and convenient,rapid,accurate and other characteristics and was applicable to the determination of the nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves.When the method was applied to determine the changes of nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves during its growth,the change curves of 11 key nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves during its growth was obtained.
